I prepare to upgrade my gaming computer. Money is not an issue. For now, I have selected the motherboard, watercooling, rams and CPU as follows:
- Intel Core i7-8700K (3.7 GHz) because overclocking is fun to me.
- Thermaltake Floe Riing RGB 360 because
- MSI Z370 KRAIT GAMING due to my always good experience with MSI motherboards
- Ballistix Sport LT 16 Go (2 x 8 Go) DDR4 2666 MHz CL16

So now, I would prefer to go for a MSI graphic card, but there are so many graphic cards on offer! Could you please recommend me a few, maybe 1 or 2 from MSI and one from another brand, however compatible with my setup? Thank you. :)

If money is no issue then go for a 1080.

Any brand you choose will be compatible with your components, just make sure your case is big enough and your power supply is up to the task.
You don't mention what you are getting, but don't cut corners on your power supple, and look for at least 750W

Gigabyte GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Aorus Xtreme Edition 11GB Video Card or
MSI GeForce GTX 1080 Ti Gaming X 11GB Video Card
if you really don't have a budget.

If money is not an issue then get at least a 27" 144Hz 1440p monitor. It should be what you build your computer around. Don't really go beyond 2k resolution, as a 1080ti runs 2k well but 4k is too much for it and you wont get over 100FPS all the time. You could contemplate getting one of the larger curved gaming screens too, if you want to all out, but there are many relatively cheap 27" 1440p 144Hz screens out there and I don't really know of a bad one, so you cant really go very wrong with any.
A card that will drive that well is a 1080 or 1080ti. Since money is not an issue get the 1080ti. 144Hz is key here. You want many frames and higher than 1080p resolution. You also want as high FPS as possible with as little LOW fps (like the ones happen when there are explosions). Without that it is hardly a gaming PC in my book.

Oh, and I would up the RAM to at least 3200 Mhz CL16, there is hardly a price difference, brands dont matter much. Faster RAM helps a little bit with reducing Minimum FPS in games, but not a lot, so dont spend on this too much. I think the 3200 cl16 is the sweet spot currently.

Mobo : gaming pro carbon

Rams : team delta rgb 3000mhz 2x8gb

Gpu : msi 1080ti now are priced a bit high. Zotac amp extreme is a good card.

A 750 G3 to power it and oc :

Thanks All for your answers. I did rapidly read now (am at work) and will study later further. :)

My screen is already a 28". I like it much so will not change it. Also, I prefer to stay with two flat screens than to go for a unique big curved one, at least for now.
My power supply is already a 750 MW 80+ gold. I am good on SSD / HDD side and casing. I will "just" replace the motherboard, graphic card, CPU and rams using the occasion that I need to build up another computer, however less demanding (that's how I keep my conscience in peace with the upgrade I do now...).

Thanks for the hint about the RAM, I will go for 3000 or 3200: still want to have a look at that in details.

As for the graphic card, will give a go to the MSI one. I have always been a fan of Radeon, until my last one (the one I replace now): A R9 200 with continuous troubles (sudden freeze of screen, going 1 out of 2 times black before to be back in game, and of course many times by then pretty dead... LOL), that I could never fully fix.

Will come back if I have more questions. Thanks again. :)
