My wife's Dimension 4100 Motherboard [97UJY?] gave up the ghost. I didn't
see any on eBay. Anyone have a possible source for these?

Try the DellTalk forum. I found a 4100 board there one time.

Dimension/Upgrade Hardware is probably a good place to start.
