Dimension 9200c w 275 psu geting a gpu?

Im looking to add a nvidia card to this computer I have a intel core 2 q6700 in it right now with 8gb of ddr2 ram and a samsung evo 250gb ssd in there and it runs fine I was looking for a nvidia card to put in this thing and maybe a sound card for music I use this to play older games Im trying to find the best gpu for this little guy thanks in advance.

275 watt is a very low psu. You are going to want a bigger power supply first. Even a 750 ti you will probably run into issues.

This is a small form factor computer so my psu optintions are limited

Well the best thing you could probably try is perhaps a GeForce GT 610 or a geforce gt 520 if you you really can't upgrade the psu. 610 is gonna be the best low power one you will find i'd say though.
