# Diminishing Returns
# {2}{U}{U}
# Sorcery
# Each player shuffles his or her hand and graveyard into his or her
# library. You remove the top ten cards of your library from the game.
# Then each player draws up to seven cards.

Does Diminishing Returns go to the graveyard after your graveyard has
been shuffled into your library?

Yes. An Instant or Sorcery spell goes to owner's graveyard as the very last
portion of its resolution, after all of its effect has been processed. So
Diminishing Returns is still on the stack during the shuffling, the removing,
and the drawing, and is generally the only card in the graveyard after it's
done resolving, much like Timetwister was.

Yes. A resolving spell does not go the graveyard until after it finishes
resolving.

Yes. It's in resolution limbo while all its effects are going on. After all
of its effects are done, then it goes to the graveyard. In other words, just
like Timetwister.
