I've an old PEGATRON 2AB6 motherboard on my HP Pavilion p7-1000fr ( Intel i5-core @ 2.9) and it's working badly with only 4Gb o RAM under the Windows 10 Home 64b ed.!!! So i need to make it run faster upgrading it to the maximum allowed mem: 16Gb. I wonder if i could install a 2x8Gb kit instead of purchase 3 of 4Gb? That motherboard has 2 blue slots and 2 other black. I've already try to put the 4Gb i own in the first slot and it just didn't workout: black screen followed by 5 beeps if i'm right! Could you help me please...
