Under qualify list for Formula VIII I can get 2 specific manufacture memory modules which are:
Corsair CMK16X4M2B3000C15 16 GB (2x8GB) 3000 MHz
G.Skill F4-3200C16D-16GVK 16GB (2x8GB) 3200 MHz
But I see only one dot under dimm socket support optional and it's on number 2.
What does it mean?
Does it mean memory won't work in dual channel mode or what?Or I can only fit one memory module?I'm confused.

The first dot indicates the memory model tested works with two cards in first two slots , if it also has the second dot, this indicates that memory worked in all four slots.
So if you want all four populated for max memory, go with the memories that tested good on all four slots.
If the dot only shows under 4 dimms, but not for 2 dimms, that is because it is a kit of 4 and only was tested for four dimms

You only insert one card, you run single channel, 2 cards, you run dual channel, 4 cards, you still run dual but with more memory in each
