So, I have the fan-speeds setup via DIP5, and for some reason it resets to default or whatever, and I can kind of loudly hear CPU and case fans spinning when computer is idle/shouldnt sound as much

I have tried Fan Tuning a few times but it doesnt change anything, it keeps resetting...

It doesnt look like the graphs I can change, changes, only the actual pin for showing the current fan speed gets almost up to 70% without any reason..

My rig:

It might be related to you running Insider Preview of win 10, as compatibility of drivers is unclear with such a new version.

I would suggest using the BIOS only as AI Suite can be a nuisance when controlling fans. I used it when I first got this PC and it kept turning the CPU fan off completely which is frightening. I soon reset the bios, and removed AI suite and let motherboard regulate fans

I dipped out of Insider a while ago, but the <mod edit> aint downgrading me it seems

Anyhow, I uninstalled AI Suite, and did Optimizing in BIOS again, but no difference

I hear the chassi fans turning off/goes very slow when computer is restarting/starting up (NOT when it shuts off and on)

I like to have that at desktop times too, not just when starting...

What are the ways to even shut chassi fans off?

I am quite sure I have 4-pins PWM all around my case
(chassi fans are NOCTUA)
