DipAwayMode - ProgID atkexCom.axdata did not respond

System:
Win7 Pro, ASUS B350M-E motherboard, 8GB ram, one 256GB SSD and one 1-TB HDD.

I just finished doing a clean install of Win7 Pro.

After loading a few drivers, I started getting this window popping up a few min's
after a boot; see attached.

DipAwayMode - ProgID atkexCom.axdata did not respond

Is this serious?

Anyone have any idea what this is and how to handle it?

Do I need it?

Looks like removing the Asus AI Suite may solve the problem. If you desire to run that app, get the latest version from Asus and try again. However, I did not see AI Suite listed as a compatible app for this motherboard.

I had to expand the options under "Utilities".

I interpret it to say that AI Suite 3 is allowed?

How do you read it?

Yep. Try that version. I didnt see earlier. Worth a shot.
