dir-645 looses internet access

My router (DHCP) works fine, for max 2 hours, then internet fails. I have Internet access when wired. Read that d-link sucks, but do i really have to buy a new router?

I've realised that d-link bundled power supplies (5 volt wall wart types) are kind of sucky and start to mess up after about a years worth of use, if you have a test meter check to see if the voltage is right, if you have a spare power supply with the same voltage and jack type use that and see if it makes a difference.
