Direct Links for PC Game Update Patches

Hi
I am owning games like Rise of Tom Rider, Fallout 4. The update patches being released are difficult for me to download via the steam app as my internet connection is very slow(it takes eternity) also there is power problem in the place I stay.

But these kinds of problems I dont have in my work place. So If I can find direct links for the patch updates I would be very glad. I tried posing the same question in square enix forum but to no avail. I am hoping for direct links like ipsw links to apple server.

AFAIK the patches for games like that have to be downloaded though the client. You might be able to find the data itself, but that dosent do you any good. The patch has to be installed client side, just getting the files does nothing, and you cant make the game recognize you have it.

Thanks...These companies are not worried about the users suffering in the name of piracy prevention...
