direct programs to certain audio out puts

i wanna have google chrome set to my speakers and my games set to my headset is there any program that can help ? i know you can do this with skype and such via setting one as a communication device and default device.

thats not it , i wanna be able to have my tv (hdmi ) set to google chrome and then have my game set to audio jack . is there a program that lets me direct a program to a certain audio output device
