Direct X 11 problem

I'm trying to launch this game, but the game is saying '' installed device does not support directx 11'' even though, I have an r7 250 with udpated drivers, I can run gta 5/bf1 so any of you know whats up? OH and my iGPU is disabled and I direct x is installed and updated
