Direct X 9.0c

Hello, I have a problem. Counter Strike Source requires that i have direct x 9.0c and i have 9.0b. Sad I tried the web installer and it said sumthing about a cabnit file being invaild er sumthing, but now the installer says i and up to date. But dxdiag and steam say i still have 9.0b!. Please help.
