Hello,
I have vista 32 bit, and have run Direct X 9.0C, shall I, can I upgrade to Direct X 11?
If you have Vista, then you have DX11. The DX9 libraries are provided for backwards compatibility. If you ran the recent update from Microsoft, you should be good to go. Just be advised that your graphics card will be the limiting factor here: It also has to support DX11.

MS released that Vista can be upgrade to DX 11.0. I would upgrade to 64bit os of vista or windows 7 so you can use memory over 4GB! Also what mainboard are you using are you limited to 4GB or can you hit around 8GB-16GB?
