direct x

I need to
1. dl direct x version 9+ from pc 1 which has internet
access

2. load it inot pc2 which has no internet access

how can you do it?

it looks like microsoft site let you dl a small file but
after you dl this file and when you are about to install
direct x it looks like ie pops up and try to look into the
internet to dl directx

this is a problem with pc that don't have interent access
and microsoft I don't think is aware, they assume all pc
have internet access which is not true. many people don't
have internet access to prevent hacker, virus etc..

this is another problem with game manufacturer if their
game require directx they should put it with the cd they
are selling the game so people don't have this hassle, all
they do is take it from the game cd they sold to consumer
and install that direct x.

THIS IS A PROBLEM THAT ALL SOFTWARE MANUFACTURER SHOULD
LOOK INTO NOT EVERYONE WHO HAS A PC HAS INTERNET ACCESS.

Download and install the complete DirectX 9.0b from:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/9/c/c9c8a1d4-7690-4c98-baf3-0c67e7f3751f/dx90update_redist.exe

*Antivirus / Firewalls can corrupt the download and installation,
it's highly recommended you disable them during this process.
