how can I dl direct x from 1 pc with internet access &
install it onto a 2nd pc with no interent access


the problem is when you try to run the file directx web
site save onto your disk it looks for the interent site to
dl the file. if someone don't have internet access or
don't want to use internet due to security reason you
cannot dl the file that is silly

you should be able to dl from 1 pc and load it to a 2nd pc

Download and install the complete DirectX 9.0b from:
http://download.microsoft.com/download/c/9/c/c9c8a1d4-7690-4c98-baf3-0c67e7f3751f/dx90update_redist.exe

*Antivirus / Firewalls can corrupt the download and installation,
it's highly recommended you disable them during this process.
