Direct3d device 9 for games free download

i cant play the online games en3.babayran.com because 3d device needed.how can i play the game ihave try to download the 3d device but it is not compatible to the game.pls help me.thanks

Your hardware has to support DirectX 9. You can't just download a 3d device. Give us your PC specs and we might be able to help you some more. In the mean time have you downloaded the latest DirectX runtime? http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=35
