Hello saiprakash;

It's already in Windows 7. To check and confirm run the DirectX Diagnostic Tool.

Open Start Menu, and in the Start Search box at the bottom type in: dxdiag
Choose dxdiag and on the Display tab, under DirectX Features, verify Direct3D Acceleration are selected.

-> Visit your game's website and look for a Win7 patch or update.

Direct3d requires a video card with appropriate drivers and Microsoft DirectX software.

XP came with DX9, Vista with DX10 and 7 with DX11, although it is common to install DX9 for Vista and 7, to asist in older game compatibility.
