Hi, from the image below, I ordered a computer part from DC on June 28th and it says it takes 1-3 business days to process my order (June 28th to July 4th excluding Canada Day and weekends).
I have sent them an email in their customer support page and no reply has been given yet.

I paid with paypal and checked my account, there were no private messages from DC.

What do I have to do for them to start shipping?

P.S. this email was also given on the same day I ordered the part.
 


I did as you suggested and explained my situation and coincidentally they told me that it was now being shipped haha. Thanks!

P.S. Yes, the paypal did go through, they sent me back an invoice of my payment on the order.
