Directory restriction

How can i restrict other users from accessing my "my documents" folder under WindowsME?
Either password protect it or set specific user permitions...

Load windows 2000. or Encrypt the folder with 3rd party stuff like FSpro( http://download.cnet.com/downloads/0-10105-100-4836100.html?tag=st.dl.10105-106-1.lst-0-4.4836100 ) It works on the fly so you dont have to keep giving it a password. There are others out there as well
