How will this work... Will i be able to run all 3 at the same time @ 144Hz or how does that work? Also do i need to use Display Port to get that speed or is DVI-D good? I am not used to doing systems like this... This is for gaming and programming... I will also be buying a triple monitor stand to make it look a bit cleaner.

You wont likely be able to run three monitors at 144hz, you will likely be able to hit 80. You won't really notice a difference though to be honest. Most people cant tell the difference beyond 60fps, and fewer beyond 72fps. The occasional person can tell up to 95 though that is extremely rare.
dvi, hdmi, DP are all digital signals so they will all display the same. DP actually carries the biggest bandwidth of all three. The only difference of the three is hdmi carries audio along with the video.

I would run all three monitors with DP right from the videocard, no crossover cables just DP to DP.
