directx 12 slows my gaming down

playing rise of tomb raider on high settings fine but when directx 12 is turned on the game slows down and fps drop way down.

then turn on dx 11 instead.

it has already been shown that these dx 12 patches hurt performance in various ways as much as they help it. the game was not written for dx 12 so it should not be expected to run as well with a patch that pretends to use dx 12.

you won't lose anything by using dx 11 so just switch it back

Even on DX 11, I still get bad fps drops and I have 2 980 ti's.
