HI,
I am going to build my first gaming PC next week. After the build, I will be installing all the required software, which I already have on my USB Drive. Some of those software (Runtimes, actually) will be DirectX 11 and C++ Redist (latest). So, what I need to know is- Will the games requiring DirectX 9,10 or 10.1 work on my system, or will I have to install those too. The same question applies to C++ Redist too. Do the latest versions support the previous versions too?

Thanks in advance.

Generally if a game needs a certain third party software like these, it will offer to install it during install, if not it should have it in redist folder
