There is a thing I found when I was looking in my laptops registry
looking at HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\DirectX thre are 3 keys
{C7A6D61D-7894-11E8-A933-806E6F6E6963}
{C7A6D61E-7894-11E8-A933-806E6F6E6963}
{C7A6D6DE-7894-11E8-A933-F76F9BD0399B}
In the first two I found some REG_QWORD with DedicatedSystemMemory and DedicatedVideoMemory as names, and values set to 0

Are those afecting my gaming performance in any way?

On a discrete GPU the physical Vram is what's fitted to the card, that's it.
On an internal GPU (built into the CPU) a portion of RAM is assigned as Vram. There are usually settings in bios to modify this amount.

Two things:
1. Please just tell us what you are trying to do, it makes life so much easier.
2. Don't mess with the registry unless you know what you are doing, unless you like reinstalling from scratch.

My integrated GPU is locked at 32 MB dedicated video memory, and I can't change that value not even in the bios (I'm trying to raise it to at least 256)
