DirectX error access denied

I am trying to use Directx end run time webinstaller. But its showing error in Directx and DXerror. Can anyone help me?

Your problem most likely has to do with windows firewall, or windows security center.
Check what your settings are in the mentioned programs.
If you have an antivirus program also installed that contains a firewall feature as well.
Then you turn off any other firewall software such as windows security center, or windows firewall.
It might be the case that one or other of the programs is preventing data being written to the core windows folders.
That would cause an error while trying to install direct x web installer.
Since most of them do monitor downloads and changes to core windows files and folders depending on the security settings levels. Or settings of each program/ firewall.

I already turned off Windows firewall. No Windows security center here. I hav log files of DirectX and Directerror. I dont know how to upload here.

Ok, if you get a message of access denied.
Try right clicking on the run time and select run as administrator.
It may be because you are trying to run it as a normal user.
By running it as an admin any restrictions, in windows permissions set for standard users are always bypassed when admin mode is used, allowing programs to install.

Resolved the issue by doing the following steps:

Step 1: Download dxwebsetup - Go to Microsoft.com >> type "Directx end run time webinstaller" >> Download.

Step 2: Open elevated commandprompt >> type "regedit" >> go to "HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE >> SOFTWARE >>
MICROSOFT >> right click "Direct X" and delete it.

Step 3: Run "dxwebsetup" >> Successful installation
