Directx Error(?) No Games Will Launch, Please Help

Every other time I try to launch a game, I recieve an error message varying from game to game. All the errors are in reference to directx, but it's up to date and the game runs the other half of the time. My video drivers are up too date and I know aren't the problem. I didn't get this problem until I upgraded my processor and motherboard.

Errors Include:

• 
  ■ Overwatch: "General Error 0xe0010160"
  ■ Batman Arkham Knight: "This version of DirectX is not supported by the title"
  ■ And Every other game won't launch

It happens with every game on my pc, and the only temporary fix found is a restart but it always comes back.

My Specs:

  ■ Windows 7
  ■ CPU: AMD FX-6300 6 Core
  ■ Motherboard: Gigabyte 970A-Ds3P
  ■ RAM: 24 GB DDR3
  ■ GPU: NVDIA GTX 1050 Ti (Driver Version: 24.21.13.9731)
  ■ DirectX 11

Any help is appreciated; I haven't been able to find anyone else with the problem, nevermind a fix.

Update your drivers.

Update DirectX or reinstall the Platform Update for Windows 7. See link below.

If that doesn't work, then you'll want to reinstall Windows. The HAL (Hardware Abstraction Layer) changed and so you've got some missing or invalid device drivers in the OS causing problems with your new hardware.
