i have problem here with NFS 2016 but i have 1080 Ti Aorus and i7 6700k 16 ram 3000 mhz, Is my Gpu fake or its that just a bug

No i upgraded from evga 980 4gb to 1080 Ti Aourus

Seems you have an AMD driver installed from somewhere, run DDU in safe mode and clean out all the graphics drivers, reboot then reinstall the Nvidia ones.
