Directx Internal Error

This pertains to a DIRECT X 11 ERROR: (Direct X Error: Direct X has expirenced an internal error)
This is the error I get when trying to install Battlefield 3 from Origin. I've been on the net with them
4 or more hours. It's not a origin error and I've had the game installed before and it was fine. Also have other games and their fine. ALSO this error happens when trying to install the game.

I have tried for 2 months now to get this fixed. I have games installed and they run fine, but Battlefield 3, and Call of Duty Warfighter won't install. I get a Directx error: DirectX internal error, check log. Well the log gives several cabs that are not there. I have downloaded DirectX twice and they are still not there? Can anyone look at this log and see what is going on? I have done everything, up till 3 o'clock one morning with Origin and no go. THANKS P.S. I don't know how to upload the text log?? If someone would let me know how to do that too!! THANKS
