Question DirectX Runtime Error while running any game ?

Hello Everyone,

I recently got a Asus ROG X13 for my daily work and playing games.
I have Installed Resident Evil 4 Remake, Tekken 8, Bright Memory Infinite any some other games but the games all are showing this:

"The Following component(s) are required to run this program:
DirectX Runtime"


After getting this, I have tried many solutions as offered online including below:
1. Downloading latest DirectX Runtime from microsoft: but the update showing latest DirectX Runtime is already installed.
2. Downloading DirectX Runtime 2010 update: this was also not working.

The DirectX message above still appears. Please help anyone.

I've seen that DX9 stub installer fail way too frequently, patch with the full redistributable instead: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=8109
