DirectX - to Run PUBG

I have Steam on my system. I just loaded Windows 10 on my PC and have updated video card drivers. I have downloaded Direct X on my system but still keep getting need DX11 10.0 error.

Well I was able to go into CPU management - click on device manager and do an update to display drivers by searching the web. Oddly enough that solved my issues with DX11...lol
