[SOLVED] directx unrecoverable error

Hello, I just installed the latest call of duty on my windows 7 64bit pc and keep getting this error I have directx 11 currently

which latest cod exactly?
where did you get it from?

windows 7 home premium, 64 bit, intel i7-4790k 4.00ghz. 16gb of ram. amd radeon r9 200 series. The newest call of duty. Modern Warfare downloaded it on battle net
