Dirt 2 crashes on opening cutscene or autosave warning

So i had my OS reinstalled since my hard drive broke. It worked back on x86 and my previous x64 but now my game crashes either on the press start or at the autosave warning. I have tried to patch the game and get a different copy of the dirt2.exe and also tried to get a fake xlive.dll to disable GFWL. Even tried a no-cd patch without results.

I have got no problems on Dirt 3, works like always.
