Dirt Rally is really demanding

Hi everyone, I just got Dirt Rally PC game for a few days and I must say the game is really realistic, especially the physics and graphics. But the only issue is its quiet taxing on my gaming pc. My specs are:

i5 3570k
8gb 2133mhz
GTX 1070 8gb
Asus Z77 M Pro
Windows 10 64 bit Anniversary Edition
LG 24 inch Full HD LED 3D

I did a benchmark and i was quiet surprised by the results:

Stock clocks:
Avg: 61 fps
Min: 42 fps
Max: 81 fps

Oc results:
Avg: 64 fps
Min: 44 fps
Max: 91 fps

Usually the other games I played, i was getting 100+ fps in games with max out settings. So I would like to know much fps your'll getting in this game. I cant be the only one that is being affected with this demanding game.Thanks.

No, it's not just you. A few of the effects settings in this game really punish GPUs, especially Advanced Blending.

You right about that, certain graphic settings i noticed had a tremendous effect on fps, just on 1080p resolution, the vram usage sky rockets to 3.4gb with max settings. Its my first time i ever had a game use that much of memory. I guess games are getting more demanding.
