Dirt Rally missing bink2w32.dll

Hey guy's I've installed Dirt Rally, I'm currently using Windows 10 OS. when I go to open the game up it pops up with a message saying "The program can't start because bink2w32.dll is missing from your computer" can anyone help me with this problem please?

We don't offer help with pirated software. If you installed from a proper source, you wouldn't have this problem.

Tom's Hardware does not support any form of software piracy. None. Period.
