disable a moniter windows 10

i have 3 moniters but i want to disable the centre one to use for a playstaion while having the ones on either side connected. How can i do this without unplugging the hdmi/display on the middle moniter i want to disable.

So the monitor you have does have few outputs ? 2x HDMI for example ? If yes then i guess that you can choose the source on your monitor managment panel (Some buttons on your monitor) or even using a remote if you have one. It would be nice from you if you post a monitor model and manufacturer
