Question Disable core boost x470

Hello i have an Asdock x470 master sli and a Ryzen 5 3600 and my temps are rather high for idle 45 celsius with random spikes to 50-70 and want to disable core boost but i dont know how its named,i know its on the "Oc tweaker" but I am new to pc building and all that and dont want to do something bad.

fix the temp issue instead of turning off core boost
