Disable cursor outline?

Is there a way to disable the cursor outline on Windows 10? If so, please let me know.

do you mean the black outline around the cursor?

I know you can go to settings/ease of access/mouse and change the cursor colours here - I just made mine inverted, but unless you make mouse cursor solid black they all have an outline
