Question Disable Drives on Second Copy of Windows 11?

I work from home and the company just hired 3rd party company for support and monitoring.

I have multiple drives with Windows 11. I was thinking of installing Windows 11 on one drive and rebooting into it each morning for work. But how can I stop access to my other drives? I looked at Bitlocker but when I saw the performance hit I don't want to use. it.

1. Put the work OS in a VM.

2. Physically disconnect your personal drives during work time.

3. Set up a second PC or laptop.
