Disable Sata Port

I was wondering if it's possible to disable a certain Sata port on the Asus Z97-AR Motherboard. And if so how would I disable one of them?

You can check the BIOS, if there's no option for it then you're out of luck. Most mobos only allow you to disable the SATA controller entirely and not a specific port.
