Some days ago i asked about the risk of disconecting and connecting (cable changing) SATA drives like SSDs several times a day even thought we dint found a major problem with it i concluded is risky for the devices and connectors.

Now i ask... Is completly switching and disabling the unused SATA ports continuosly daily? Why?

Here is the cable seitching thread:http://www.tomshardware.com/answers/id-2815749/safest-switch-ssds-hds-daily-damaging.html

Well how are they being removed? if you are just removing the cable and or power then it should be ok.

Otherwise you can also disable the drives in disk management and then reenable them when you need them as well. This will allow you to use them when you need them. They will, however, still be powered on the whole time.

Based on what i saw on the bios i have 2 options. Look for the disable sata port option or on booting options eliminate the one not used and the re add it when they switch users and disable the other

If he is booting from multiple drives he can do it one of two ways. If the boot was configured properly everything could/should be in one boot and he select what he wants on boot up. The other thing is to set the one he boots to the most as the main on in the bios then if he wants the other just hit the Boot Hot Key (Usually like F11 or F12) and then select the other drive.

It is rare that I come across motherboards these days that don't allow you to disable a sata port in the BIOS. I'm still just unsure as to exactly what is going on though? If it is just multiple boot drives i would just use the boot selection menu. The other options is to possibly rig a power switch for each drive that he wants to turn on and off (Something I would probably do with me being a DIY guy but I have no need for that).
