Disable secure boot asus x99-a [Install windows from dvd]

Hello guys,
i try to boot from a dvd to format my computer using asus x99-a. I changed the disk priority but the boot dont start. Maybe i need to remove secure boot ? Please help.

1| Can you please pass on your full system's specs inclusive of your existing OS?

2| If on Windows 10, you may just need to perform a repair install but that's just an assumption of your OS.

3| The optical drive should be listed in your BIOS boot menu after you hit DEL key before seeing the BIOS splash screen. If it doesn't appear in Boot menu then make sure the device is connected.
