Question Disable TPM on ASUS PRIME B450M-A II

I want to disable fTPM for troubleshooting but when I into BIOS and set to discrete and save and reboot it's back to Firmware TPM.

It won't let me disable.

Reason being I'm getting constant BSOD and when looking in event viewer there are a lot of red marks for TPM that says with event ID 15

What version of Windows are you running? Is it fully up to date?

Is this a recent problem? What has changed (been installed) since this started happening?

Same thing on both win 11 and 10, yes nothing can be updated.

It started about week and half ago with the constant BSOD, some times after 40 min sometimes after 2hours. Even when its idle over night.

Are (were) you overclocking anything (CPU, GPU, memory)?

I suggest resetting the BIOS to its default settings and seeing if it makes any difference (if you haven't already done this).

Another thing to try would be to update the motherboard BIOS to the most recent (non-Beta) version. If already installed, re-install it.
