Why, you need them to create secure connections in your browser.

click start type inetcpl.cpl then hit enter
click the advanced tab
scroll down to the security section and uncheck the box for
use ssl 3.0
use tls 1.0

this may affect your ability to log into websites....or atleast usernames and passwords will be sent across your network in plain text...
