Disable Windows Desktop Manager in 10

I've always disabled DWM on Win 7 as it appeared to do nothing except slow things down.

I cannot see how to stop it in Win 10 as it does not appear to run as a service

WDM takes care of all the nice effects you see in your Windows travels and as such is more integrated into the OS than ever.
