Disable windows shutdown dialog box

I can't bypass the dialot box whenever i shutdown windows. I tried disabling windows shutdown tracker from regedit but that didn't solve the [strike]cause[/strike] problem. Is it anything there i could possibly do ? I also unchecked everything in logon and logoff options. This happenes since i enabled by mistake netware, disabling it afterwards.
