[SOLVED] Disable XMP Profile in preparation for replacing RAM

I want to disable the XMP Profile on my current Corsair DDR4-3000 CAS 15-17-17-35 2x4GB memory so that when I remove it and install my new Corsair DDR4-3000 CAS 16-20-20-38 2x8GB memory there isn't any of the old timings interfering with the new memory. I did a Load UEFI Defaults on my ASRock AB350 PRO4 motherboard. This removed my CPU overclock and SVM Mode setting which is what I wanted but it did not affect my memory timings. Is there a windows tool that I can use to confirm my exact memory timings at the moment?
