Disabled all options on accident on MSconfig and can't login

Was messing with MSconfig trying to free some memory, and I stupidly disabled all settings (including those under "Microsoft" tag). Now I can't login on Windows (the very first screen in which you type your password on win10) with the password I was just using, it says I'm using the wrong password (which I'm definitely sure it's the correct one).

EDIT: Even when I use the shift+restart and restart in safe mode, I get stuck in the login, same as normal.

Solution
at the login screen, click the power button
holding down the shift key, click restart
this loads advanced startup
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

right click start button
choose run...
type msconfig
make changes you want.
at the login screen, click the power button
holding down the shift key, click restart
this loads advanced startup
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

Solution
Hi,

I am having the same problem except that i cant login (no login option or logo) and i cant access the repair mode: shift restart doesnt work...

What should i do now ?

You can try to get to same menu as I linked to above booting from the win 10 installer but I have found the Start up options menu may not be there

On another PC, download the Windows 10 media creation tool and use it to make a win 10 installer on USB
change boot order so USB is first, hdd second
boot from installer, on 2nd screen after languages, choose repair this pc, not install
choose troubleshoot
choose advanced
choose start up options
hit the restart button
choose a safe mode (it doesn't matter which) by using number associated with it.
PC will restart and load safe mode

right click start button
choose run...
type msconfig
make changes you want.

At the login screen if click the power button and holding down the shift key and then clicking restart does not work, try the following:
1. shut down the PC.
2. while holding the escape button, turn the PC back on.
3. select F11 to access system recovery options.
