disabled all services in msconfig, now windows is running slowly and nothing opens

Disabled all services in msconfig, now windows is running slowly and nothing opens.

For some reason i thought it was a good idea to go into msconfig and disable all non-windows services and do a restart. Now when i login nothing works, and i can't even run msconfig or command prompt.

When i try to boot into safe mode or reinstalling windows, my pc seems to go into some sort of sleep mode. It's still on, but my monitor is off and i can't seem to wake it up at all.

What should i do? I mean, if i can't run in safe mode or do a system restore, will it even work if i reinstall windows from usb?

Are there any fixes to this? Thanks in advance .

i dont know how much manual configs youve done to windows so yes please do get a usb windows installer to help you repair your current state of the OS. just run it on boot. and click on repair.

DON'T touch any of the services in msconfig

If you want to disable services, disable them in services
