Disabled by you administrator

for 6 months i've been using my USER with full administrator privileges and no problems.Yesterday i realised i cant open task manager.wanted to try some solutions in regedit but i cant even open regedit i get the error "Disabled by you administrator".i searched for solutions but all i found was how to enable a second user Administrator.I dont want this, i want MY USER to be the administrator with full privileges like it was before.

and no one else is using it. just me and i didnt change anything...
