disabled integrated graphics now I can't get a signal

So long story short I disabled integrated graphics in the BIOS in attempts to get my new GPU working but it didn't work so now I wanna know if there's a way to turn it back on since right now my monitor won't get a signal from the computer

Reset the BIOS. This can be done by shorting the two CLR_CMOS pins (your mobo manual should show you where these are on the board if you can find them), or removing the CMOS battery for ~30 seconds or so with. Both should be done with the computer powered off, and probably disconnected from power completely just to be safe.
